ARTE Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the"Company") shall handle and control personal information properly in accordance with ISMS (Information Security Management System), and comply with laws, ordinances and other guidelines concerning personal information. The Company therefore, sets forth the privacy policy to prescribe how the Company will collect, delete, use, disclose, transfer and maintain information on users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use 1log service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "1log Service").

1. Information Collected by the Company and its Collection Method

1.1Information Directly Collected from Users

The Company will collect the following information when Users use 1log Service.

· Location information obtained by the GPS function (latitude / longitude, time stamp)

Data from the location information will be extracted and processed as the following location data.

Local Data

Data to be held on smartphone: Neither the Company nor third parties will use the data.

Automatic Backup Data

Data to be held in log Data Server: Neither the Company nor third parties will use the data.

Provided Location Information Data

Data to be processed as spatio-temporal information: With individual consent, the Company and third parties will use the data.

· Information on automatic backup (email address, password)

· Information on inquiries (e-mail address, user name, inquiry contents)

1.2 Payment Information

In the case that User fee is processed by a third-party mobile software distribution platform company, the Company may acquire the billing information/payment information provided by the User from such mobile software distribution platform (including but not limited to the App Store / Apple).

1.3 Information Related to Customer Support

In the case the User receives support from the customer support team of the Company, the Company may acquire and maintain contact information provided by the User (usually but not limited to a mail address and user name), information on the User’s activities on the Service, and User ID as well as its associated information.

1.4 Information on Users’ Actions

When Users use the Service, the Company will acquire Users’ action information through the service function of a third party which works in conjunction with the Service.

1.5 Analysis of Usage Situation Collected by Information Collection Module etc.

When Users access the Service, the Company analyzes the usage situation of the Service collected by information collection module such as Mixpanel (Mix panel panel).

2. Optionality of Information Provision and Deletion and Portability of Data

By changing the settings of the Service, Users can change the conditions for the provision of location information and delete the information already provided. Users can also export the location information data to another controller.

2.1 Alteration of Conditions of Use

By changing the settings of the smartphone, Users can change the conditions of information use.

2.2 Deleting information

If you wish to delete information, you can delete it with the Service setting.

2.3 Data Portability

Users can transfer and use data in an reusable format by an Export function.

(Movement: kml file format or GeoJSON file format, Number of steps: CSV file format)

The Company restrict the sharing of User information with third parties except the following cases:

4.1 With Users’ Consent

With the User’s consent, the Company may provide User information (which may be personal information) to third parties such as companies, organizations, and individuals.

4.2 Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers

The Company will share Users’ information with third parties who provide services to perform payment processing, hosting service, mail transmission, customer service, data analysis etc on behalf of the Company or with third parties who provide Company’s marketing support. The Company will instruct and supervise all third party service providers to keep the disclosed information confidential and not to use Users’ information for purposes other than providing services on behalf of the Company.

4.3 Sharing Information in Conjunction with External Services

The Company may share information with the external service operator when the Service uses or is integrated with external services like Google Forms (Google LLC) and others.

4.4 Legal Reasons

In domestic and overseas residence of Users, it may become necessary for the Company to disclose Users’ information due to its laws, regulations, legal proceedings or requests from public or government officials.

The Company may disclose Users’ information if the Company determines that it is necessary or appropriate for national security, enforcement of the law or other public interest.

The Company may disclose Users’ information if the Company believes that disclosure is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the terms and conditions of the Service, the management of the company or the protection of the Users.

4.5 Sale or Merger

Upon reorganization or merger of the Company or assignment of the Company’s business, the Company may transfer all or part of the Users’ information to the stakeholders of the Service .

The Company will take technical and physical measures that are effective and administrative to prevent loss, theft, abuse, unauthorized access, leak, tampering and destruction of Users’ information.

In order to maintain the security of Users’ information, the Company communicates privacy and security guidelines, educates its employees and implements internal privacy protection measures.

6. Access to Personal information

The Company makes commercially reasonable effort to provide Users with access to correct or delete their own personal data maintained by the Company, unless the Company is required to preserve relevant data for legal or legitimate business purposes.

If the information is incorrect, the Company will endeavor to provide Users with a way to update or delete the information except when it is necessary to maintain such information for legitimate business or legal purposes.

The Company may ask for identity confirmation of Users before responding to Users’ requests.

The Company may reject unreasonably repeated requests, requests requiring excessive technical effort, requests that may harm the privacy of others, grossly unrealistic requests or requests not required by laws applicable to personal information.

7. Minors

In principle, the Service provided by the Company does not target minors, therefore does not intend to acquire information that can identify personal information from such minors (excluding those with an operating license and those who are married) . In the event that the Company has acquired information that can identify individual minors without consent from their parents, the Company will take appropriate measures to promptly delete the information.

8. Disposal of Acquired Information

The Company will dispose the acquired personal information at the time when the Company in a rational manner considers unnecessary in accordance with its regular business operations.
